Diapers are hygiene products used for babies, infants, and adults to absorb and collect urine and feces. Depending on their characteristics and uses, diapers can be classified into the following categories:
A. Disposable Baby Diapers: Disposable diapers are the most common type, made of absorbent materials such as superabsorbent polymers and cellulose. They have good absorption and sealing performance, suitable for one-time use, and effectively separate urine and feces, keeping babies dry and comfortable.
B. Cloth Diapers: Cloth diapers are reusable diapers made of absorbent cotton or other fiber materials. They can be washed and reused multiple times and are usually equipped with adjustable fasteners such as snaps or Velcro to fit the baby's size. Cloth diapers are environmentally friendly but require frequent cleaning and maintenance.
C. Swim Diapers: Swim diapers are specifically designed for use during swimming. They are usually made of non-absorbent materials such as polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and have a waterproof outer layer. Swim diapers can prevent solid substances from entering the swimming pool and do not swell in water.
D. Newborn Diapers: Newborn diapers are designed specifically for newborn babies. They are typically smaller than traditional diapers, tailored to fit the newborn's body size, and made of soft materials with special waist and leg fasteners to provide better comfort and protection.
E. Adult Diapers: Adult diapers are sanitary products designed specifically for adults, similar to baby diapers, used to absorb and collect urine and feces.
Additionally, diapers can also be classified based on specific designs and features from different brands and manufacturers, such as wetness indicators, breathability, hypoallergenic properties, or special absorption layers. It is important to choose diapers that meet the needs and preferences of the baby or individual to ensure comfort and hygiene.
